At Blossom Clothing, many of our items are available on a preorder basis, which means they are specially made for you. As a result, please allow 4-6 weeks for your item to be processed, crafted, and shipped to you. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products, and this timeframe ensures you receive the best service.

Shipping Delays
Please note that our stated 4-6 week shipping timeframe is an estimate. While we aim to ship within this period, there may be occasional delays beyond our control (e.g., supplier or shipping delays). We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a refund or exchange after reviewing the case.
No Refunds for Preorders After Production Starts
Due to the custom nature of preorder items, we do not offer refunds once the production phase has begun (after 48 hours). We make it clear during checkout that these are preorder items and the expected timeframe is 4-6 weeks.
